M&A Internship (m/f/d) 2026

• Assist in preparing presentations, teasers, investment memoranda, and studies
• Research companies, markets, and potential investors
• Evaluate key drivers in our core sectors, and analyse industries and specific verticals
• Support due diligence activities
• Conduct financial analyses and company valuations

• Hands-on experience and early responsibility

• Education – bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a similar discipline
• Work Experience – Previous internship experience in M&A, Accounting, and Finance
• In-depth knowledge of financial reporting
• Excellent analytical, communication and teamworking skills, exceptional attention to detail 
• Language Skills – Fluency in English is essential  (excellent written and verbal communication skills); Proficiency in an additional European language is highly desirable
• Confident use of Excel and PowerPoint
