- An excellent university degree with a focus in finance, accounting or a similar quantitative discipline
- 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience (investment banking/transaction services/strategy consulting)
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in Polish and English
